Displayed content can distract a driver
RideAlong Photos shows photos, videos, animations and other moving images on your vehicle's screen. Any content on a screen inside a vehicle can take a driver's eyes and attention away from the road. Distracted driving can cause serious injury, death and property damage.
You are responsible for safe use
You agree that the driver must keep their full attention on driving at all times and must not view, watch or interact with RideAlong Photos while the vehicle is moving. Animated display styles and video are intended for use only while the vehicle is safely parked. You are solely responsible for deciding when and how the service is used in your vehicle, and for following every traffic and distracted-driving law that applies where you drive.
Use at your own risk
You use RideAlong Photos entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risk of injury, death, loss or damage to yourself, your passengers, other people and property that arises from or relates to use of the service in a vehicle.
Release and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RideAlong Photos, its owners, operators, employees and affiliates are not liable for any accident, injury, death, citation, loss or damage of any kind arising from or related to distraction or any other use of the service, and you release them from all such claims. You agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from any claim brought by anyone because of how the service was used in a vehicle you own, operate or have approved.

RideAlong Photos is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. or any other vehicle manufacturer. Vehicle manufacturers may change or restrict their in-vehicle browsers at any time.
